I have a few users in my company encountered the same problem when running auto archive in Outlook. The error message is “Error while archiving folder, some items could not be copied. They were either moved or deleted, or access was denied.” The email that can not be archived was the one with attachement and Norton Antivirus was running. Can anyone help me to solve this?
