I recently had to do a system restore from one laptop running Vista to a new laptop running Vista. It is a mirror image of the damaged laptop. All programs work except I get an error when I try to open Outlook 2003, I get an error message “Cannot start Microsoft Outlook. Unable to open the Outlook Window. The set of folders could not be opened.” I have uninstalled and re-installed Office with no luck. Can someone help?
