I am trying to delete a folder on my c drive. However, I receive the following error…
‘Error Deleting ack.exe coredump: Access Denied’
I am logged in under my administrator account on my Windosw XP Professional machine.
I cannot delete anything out of that folder. I have tried bypassing the recycle bin. I can delete other folders on that same drive. I have all the correct permissions to delete this folder but it wont let me. Nothing in the folder is running or being used, either.
Does anyone know how to get it to let me delete this folder?
One thing i did notice is that if I right click on the folder there is no security tab. I also noticed that a few of my folders do not have this. Does anyone know why that is?
