Error with Adobe Reader 6.0

By nebheprura ·
I am trying to submit costsheets in a title insurance website. When submitting, error message comes up saying document is not "96PDF-". What does this mean? Os is Windows ME.

You wouldn't happen to be in Texas would you?

If you are, Texas Worker Compensation Comission has a series of PDF's called the 96's.

All PDF's in this library must be named with a 6 digit number beginning with 96 in order for it to be accepted, you will have to contact the TWCC for info on naming your specific file as it refers to the subsection being filed to.

If you are not in Texas, I would still check with the board you are submitting it to for similar restrictions.
