If these are plug in Cards

Remove one and try installing the driver for the other one.

Where you can have issues with LAN Cards is that some don't work with other brands/models. It was once quite common for 100 T Base cards not to work with Gigabyte Cards not sure now but as I've never tried mixing them since that time it could still apply.

The other thing that can happen with Plug In Cards is that there is a Addressing Conflict by the BIOS so you'll need to enter the BIOS and make sure that the DMA and so on are set to Auto and then plug the cards one at a time into different PCI Sockets and see if it works there. If it does leave it in place and then plug in the another one and see if both work now.

If they don't you'll need to change the socket that the second one is in or maybe start all over again with a different PCI Socket being used for the first one.
