You can 'manage' many different emailaccounts with Eudora in seperate eudora-instances by adding a startup-folder in the shortcut.
Let's say you want to have 2 accounts, one for USER1 and one for USER2

Create two different folders, let's assume:
1) c:\euroda.users\USER1
2) c:\eudora.users\USER2

Then, edit the eudora shortcut by selecting it and pressing alt+enter (or rightclick and 'properties')

At 'target' add the fullpathname of the 1st user
(the target will then look such as:
'..\eudora.exe' "c:\eudora.users\user1")

At 'start in..': delete any value and replace with "c:\eudora.users\user1"

Close the propertieswindow.
Rename the shortcut-icon into something like "User1@yourprovider"

Copy this modified shortcut-icon and open the propertiespage of this copy. Modify all references to 'user1' into 'user2'.
Rename this second shortcut into something like "user2@yourprovider.abc"

By using the correct shortcut, each user will be entering his/her own emailsettings.
Major advantage of starting eudora from another folder than the default programfolder is, that you can update eudora as pleased without having to safekeep your settings: all settings are being stored now on a user-base, so in folder ..\user1 and one in ..\user2 etc.
Each user has his/her own settings now.

Have Fun with still one of the best emailprograms!
