Event ID 2021 on NT 4.0 Servers – No IIS

My event logs for my servers are filling up with errors with Event ID 2021, which indicates a problem with paging and running IIS, according to TechNet. Trouble is – I’m not running IIS on these boxes. I’ve bumped up my paging size (which is what the TechNet solution says to do), but it doesn’t seem to be helping. Any ideas?
