Ex Merge Problem

I am trying to ex merge a pst into an mailbox and continue to get this error.

Error configuring message service (MSPST MS) (MAPI_E_EXTENDED_ERROR) (CMapiSession::CreateEMSPSTProfile)

Please advise.
