Excel 2003 formatting

By julie ·
I am exporting a client list from one software into Excel. The current software has the client last name and forst name separated by a tilda(~. Is there a way to format the Excel spreadsheet to change the tilda to a comma? I already tried find/replace.

When you tried the find/replace, did you TYPE the tilde or did you copy it from the document and paste it into the find box? There's a difference between the two ya know.
