Excel 2003 Last User

Hey guys,

I need a formula that will show what user last edited a workbook and at what time he/she did this. I know it will have to be a shared workbook but beyond that I’m clueless. Excuse me, kind of new to formulas here.

Second question: What book(s) do you guys recommend for teaching the clueless everything there is to know about using, building and understanding formulas in Excel 2003? Thanks millions guys.
