Excel 2007 Workbook does not fully open
You click on an excel file, excel opens with a blank area, then you click on the minimize button and the screen sort of flashes and excel opens the document fully.
It is a per pc setting, as if it does it for one user on the pc it will do it for other users on the same pc.
