Excel 2k Print Preview/Setup… problem

I have loaded Xerox CentreWare printer drivers for a network copier and PaperPort on a user’s PC. She is now unable to use the Setup… button under Print Preview for ANY printer in Excel 2000. I have uninstalled/reinstalled the printer drivers, Paperport, and Office 2000. Percussive maintenance with a hammer has already come up as an option, but we are only considering it as a last resort.
