Excel Add-in

There is a feature Add-In in Office XP, it is called “MSNStockQuote”. A function to retrieve Stocks information into Excel Cells. Just wondering if anyonw would know if I can get this Add-In to work with Excel 2000? Or if Excel can handle such Add-In feature?
