Excel, ADO and BIG5 Chinese characters

Hi all,

I am using English Windows NT and have MingLiu font installed. I have excel file with Big5 Chinese data (displayed correctly in Chinese). I try to retrieve these informations using VB and ADO, but I got only ? symbol. What should i do to retrieve/display these Chinese characters using Visual Basic and ADO?
