Excel - bullet points in a cell

I'm sure I've done this before, but can't remeber how I did it ..... Can I format text in a single cell in Excel to have bullet points? And if so, how?

not sure if this is what you want.

I have not found way to put bullets in similar to word or powerpoint. Here are two workarounds.

Use insert symbol, then go to symbols and select the symbol that you want to use for bullet

anotehr quick way is go to word, type in a few bulleted items, then copy and paste into excel with paste special

I have done this to put in colored bullets which change color based on the value as well. such as high, medium, low using conditional formating
