I have a user that used to use this function on their old pc and when we issued them a new pc they cannot use this function any more, the button is there but grayed out. Also the “send to” function in the “file” menu is not there either. I have looked high and low and not been able to find how to enable this grayed out button. Any Advice?
the user is running XP SP2 and Office 2003 PRO
