I’m having trouble w/ the chart layout in excel 2007. I opened a file that was originally created on excel 2003 and need to make changes to the chart. In the original chart, the bar colors are solid pink and purple w/ a selected few that have dashes/lines/stripes (however you choose to describe it). I added some more data creating adtl bars on the chart… now here’s my question.. . the new data is charting w/ solid colors (same as the ones on the graph), i need them to resemble the dashed/stripped bars instead. I’ve tried formatting the bars, however, it does not seem to work. Is there any way to change the design on the new version of excel?
