EXCEL Checkboxes

Hello all,

I need some help, since i really don?t know much from excel programming.

As a wine lover, i am building my tasting map in Excel, so i putted some Checkboxes in the sheet. Now, what i need to do is to make each CB’s to correspond to a number and them finaly make a SUM of what was checked.
Any sugestions and help on this?
