Excel Copying and Pasting

I have built an Excel spread sheet. In the spreadsheet I have data, cells outlined and some formulas. My question is, when I copy the worksheet and try to paste into another worksheet (not the same one) only the outlines will show, the data will notcopy over into the new worksheet. Any suggestions?
