Excel – Count values > & < in an array

Hello,
I have a column in my worksheet containing blanks and numbers from 1 to 9,000+. I want to count the cells with numbers that fall within a range, e.g., 1 to 50, 51 to 60, 61 to 70, etc. Can someone please help me with a formula to do this? I’d prefer to do it without sorting the column. Thanks.
