Excel data to make a small booklet?

Hi folks,
I have an Excel spreadsheet which has a large number of rows containing data of various organiztions. The columns have headers like name of organization, address, State/Prov, etc. etc.
I would like to transfer this data into word to make up a small booklet with names and addresses.
Is there an easy way of creating this booklet from a spreadsheet?
