I have large Excel(2003) database=4,000,000 records with two main columns: time and share price.
Time is in H:M:S.00-text formatted.
My task is to select prices at every 15 or near 15 minutes time. Starting time is 08:30(stock exchange open) and close time is 17:00 (or 17:02).
Would appreciate very much help.
