Excel Error

When I try to access Excel I receive a Dr. Watson error that states ” An application error has occurred and an application error log is being generated. EXCEL.exe Exception: access violation (oxc0000005), Address 0x30026d89″

When I log in as administrator or any different user I can access Excel with no problem. This error only happens with one particular login. I tried repairing excel and reinstalling it with no luck.

Anyone out there know how to handle this issue?
