I am converting information that was exported to excel. The information that was entered by a user was in all caps. We are merging all contact info from Outook into a general contact list. I need to fix all if his feilds to show caps in the first letter and lowercase for the rest. I know I can use text to columns to break where the caps begin, but I am having trouble with the formula. Has anyone tried this before? My brain is in slow mo since maternity leave.
