Excel Hangs often when closing documents

I have 4 XP users using the Office XP product. When user close Excel apps or document, it often hangs for a good minute or two then close.

I narrow down to being the XP users cause I have others using OfficeXP on win2000 with no problems.

Ihave already install OfficeXP SP2 on the 4 users in hopes it would clear up.

Has anyone have this problem?
