One of my users who has W2k and Office 2k Pro is having a problem in Excel. When she goes to file, open and clicks on the Look in drop down box it is blank Excel hangs and I have to end task. If instead of going to the drop down box and click the icon to go up one level it will go up each level to the root of c.
Any suggestions as to what I might do to fix this. Rebooting does not make a difference.
