Excel has generated error

Hello,
is there anybody encounter the error:
“Excel has generated error and will be closed by windows” . This happen only if you save the file into another location. Somebody send the file to me via outlook 2000 as an attachment and once i save it into my harddisk it always shutdown the whole excel program.

Any help is highly appreciated.
