Excel Help using two worksheets and implementing the formula.

Hi I need Help!!!

I work for a Warehouse company and require some help with two work sheets
the first work sheet has Item Description, Cost, Selling price.. it contains about 3,000 items. The second work sheet has the Cost, freight, Tax, Profit, duty and selling price which utilises all the items in the second worksheet. Now i want to do it such a way that the second work sheet takes the price from the first work sheet and calculates the Selling price in the second worksheet and prints it back on the first work sheet. I can do it for one item, but cant get it to increment as i need to do this since there are 3000 items and i cant do for each. I am told that a macro can help but i have never used it, so please help.
