Excel: loading toolpak when opening spreadsheet

We are sending a excel spreadsheet to 30/40 people on within it we need the analysis toolpak to run but do not want to go and load this within everybodies settings. Can a private function be written to install it upon opening and uninstall when closing?
Without the toolpak installed we get the ‘ATPVBAEN.XLA could not be found’ message.
