i have a client and they put notes in to excel. why i dont know but o well. but neway he keeps loosing data by like 3 days and 2 days how can i keep this from happening. id like to be able to recover what he lost so far but this has been happening for a really long time and im completly stumped. is there a free backup system that will do it in the backround?
