Excel Page Layout and grouped worksheet

By kchin22 ·
I have a user who is using Excel 2000 and when he selects a group of worksheet to preview the page out is not correct. Some worksheets are supposed to be in landscape and some are protait form.
When he selects all the worksheets to preview some are not correct.
I did a Detect and Repair and it did not work.
How do I fix this and what causes this?

You can setup a custom view, accessed in the view window. You can set each worksheet by page setup or in Page preview, fit to page, landscape or portrait. When you save your view, printing should recognize the format.
The help index under Custom Views has the details.

That's for your response however your answer does not work. Maybe I'm not being clear about the issue I am having.
The worksheets in the workbook are already setup the way the user wants it. Some are set to portrait and some are set to landscape some are selected to print onlegal and others are selected to print letter size paper. The issues occurs when the user prints out the worksheets all at once. There is no problem when he prints them out individually just when he selects all the worksheets and prints them out it does not hold the selected formats of each work sheet. When I view the sheets on my computer it look fine and prints out fine. It is something on this computer that needs to be fixed but I don't know what is causing this. Any other ideas?
