Excel printing problem

Every week at our firm we get a finacial spreadsheet. This spreadsheet should fit entirly on 1 legal landscape page. If we do a print preview it looks like every cell has its own page. So we see 5874 pages. Obviously this is wrong. If we adjust the margins to 0.0 it comes up with an error saying the margins dont fit the page. The only way we get around it is that some one copies the entire page into a new spreadsheet and it works fine. But we get 10+ documents everyweek and this is a pain in the neck. Any one else having this problem? Solutions?
