Excel printing problem

By GaryRumson ·
Every week at our firm we get a finacial spreadsheet. This spreadsheet should fit entirly on 1 legal landscape page. If we do a print preview it looks like every cell has its own page. So we see 5874 pages. Obviously this is wrong. If we adjust the margins to 0.0 it comes up with an error saying the margins dont fit the page. The only way we get around it is that some one copies the entire page into a new spreadsheet and it works fine. But we get 10+ documents everyweek and this is a pain in the neck. Any one else having this problem? Solutions?

Have you checked or set the print area before printing??. When you copy the entire speeadsheet into a new page it sets the default print area to the area wiyh data. Try highlighting the area you want to print, click on file, click on print area, click on set print area. If this does not help please tell me if you are referring to excel and what version you are using.
