Excel printing visible cells

By IT Trainee ·
I have frozen the first 12 rows of a worksheet and I want to be able to select for printing, the frozen rows plus only the rows VISIBLE directly beneath the frozen rows no mather where they are in the worksheet. But evertime I try to select the visible rows it scrolls up and I get unwanted rows. Can anyone Help ??

Go to Page Setup and click on the Sheet tab. Under Print Titles, select the 12 rows you want frozen and printed. You can then either:

- select the Print Area for your visible cells and click Print
- select the visible cells from within the spreadsheet, and then choose the Selection option under Print What in the Print dialog box

Hope that helps.
