Excel rows problems with resizing

One of my users has an Excel spreadsheet that resizes the rows to the text contents and others rows that won’t. It seems that he always has one added line at the bottom of the row. There are no extra lines in the cell and all cells in the row, but this one, are clear. I have even used the paint brush to copy the formatting from a cell that works correctly. That did not help. Any suggestions on how to fix?
