In Excel 2000, is there any way of altering the file types list?

Using XLS and CSV

I am frequenty saving a spreadsheet in two formats XLS and CSV. It is a nuisance since xls and csv file types are not adjacent in the saveas File types list. I realize I could use a macro but it seems unnecessary
