am having another problem that I hope you can help me with.
It is an excel worksheet chart w/text boxes. When I attempt to print the completed worksheet it is showing only one line of text of each paragraph in the text box, like it was in a cell that hadn't been formatted.

It shows on the worksheet, but not when I print it out. Can you help me?

Thanks.

following is cut from mskb article 214332 from support.microsoft.com
hope it helps
----------------------------------
XL: Text Is Truncated in Text Box on Chart in Worksheet When Printed or Previewed
The information in this article applies to:
Microsoft Excel 2000
Microsoft Excel 2002

This article was previously published under Q214332
For a Microsoft Excel 97 version of this article, see 179806.

SYMPTOMS
When you print or preview a chart using print preview, text contained in atext box on your chart may be truncated even though it appears correctly on the worksheet.
CAUSE
This problem occurs because the text box doesn't automatically resize itself to display all the text in it. Note that this problem does not occur if you print or preview a chart on a chart sheet.

NOTE: This may particularly occur if you make changes to the size of the text box before attempting to print, or if you use the steps in the "Resolution" section of this article, and then change back to the default setting (Do not size with chart).
RESOLUTION
To have all of the text within the text box appear when you print or preview the chart on a worksheet, perform the following steps for each text box in the chart:
Select the text box byclicking its border.

If the blinking cursor appears in the text box, press ESC once.
On the Format menu, click Selected Object. Click the Properties tab.
Click Size with chart and click OK.
