Excg 2000 - disclaimer on outbound email

By scrawford ·
At the direction of our prinicpals, I need to add a disclaimer, with company logo at the bottom of all outbound emails on our Exchange 2000 server.
Are there any tech docs detailing this process ?
thanks

It's not easy, but the Microsoft way is here:

My advice is to buy a third-party product. Here is one that I have used in the past:

I almost forgot to mention that the Microsoft way will NOT work if you use a MAPI connection as Outlook normally does to an Exchange server.

You will need a third-party product to accomplish that.

I use GFI MailEssentials, the Disclaimer part works w/o a licence. Just install it on your outbound Exchange servers. Very easy to set up.

I am also using GFIMail Essentials. It works great! GFIMail essentials actually does much much more but the disclaimer part of the software works as free-ware after installing the trial.
