when trying to send an email i get this mesaage whats strange it only affects few userts not the whole company.
"You do not have the permission to send the message on behalf of the specified user"

It sounds like a few users are attempting to send mail for someone else. I would check their profiles and see if they are setup as designee's (sp?) I know when I am out, I can set up a designate who has permission to view my e-mail and respond, this is so that work can continue by my "left-tenet". We both do that and never take the same days off.

well another microsoft error i did an update this morning to the exchange server and the problem was in the security update KB916803 it didnt "play" well with microsoft outlook 2000 after removing the update no problems with email.
