Exchange 2000

recently when a user’s mailbox is created there are some items missing. What would be the cause of the Calendar-Contacts-Journal-Notes-Tasks possible more items not to be listed in the user’s mailbox? I seem to be getting only Sent/Received Inbox and Deleted items. This phenomena has just recently started to happen…
