Exchange 2000 Legal-Disclaimer

We have Exchange 2000 SP2 & Outlook 2000. I want to automatically add a legal disclaimer for all outgoing mail messages.

I see articles for Exchange 5.5 but not for 2000.

Do you have to use a 3rd party tool, or can Exchange 2K do it? If so, HOW?
