Exchange 2000/ Outlook 2000/ Passwords

I have recently migrated our current E-mail from Microsoft Mail to Exchange 2000. On the client side they used to have the option to set-up the e-mail so it would prompt them for a password when opening outlook .With exchange when opening outlook it logs right in.Does anybody know how to set up outlook so the user receives a prompt for a password??
