Exchange 2000 Server & PIX

I am using exchange 2000 standard edition server behind the PIX. I have configured exchange server properly. I am able to send mails out to the internet but not able to received mails from outside world though my domain name is registered

Did you configure the DNS that hold that ZONE for an MX record to point to your mail server? Did you is "tell" Exchange to accept mails to this domain and to configure the clients for that email address. You can configure Exchange to listen to many domains, and you can configure the users to accept mails from those domains. This setting is done by configuring recipient polices.

Also, have you told your ISP to set up the MX and A record to the IP address of the PIX?

The A record is as important as the MX, the A record is a Pointer record and the MX record is Mail Exchanger record. However both are required for mail delivery.
