Exchange 2003 - "Mailbox Full" wrong error

A customer can not send a small attached file to anyone in my company. the same customer can send an e-mail without an attachment fine to anyone without getting the error message.

The recipient's mailbox is full and can't accept messages now. Microsoft Exchange will not try to redeliver this message for you. Please try resending this message later, or contact the recipient directly.

The recipients may not be allowed to recieve attachments over a certain siz

if so you may get a mailbox full error. If you need to transfer a file to someone try setting up a place for them to download the file from and sending them a link.

We do have a low size limit of 500M. The recipients all are at 100M or lower.

Found the Solution

The error message made me hunt for Exchange topics. It was actually the Sonicwall that was set to filter or block VBA scripts. The thing I do not get is why the error message that says the mailbox is full? Oh well at least our user is getting the e-mail needed.
