Exchange 2003 Message tracking error

Hi,

I have enabled message tracking & granted access to the log folder. But When I try to search for any or all messages I get the following error :

“The tracking databse is not available or the message has left the Exchange organisation”

There are no files in the specified log folder either.

I’m not coming up with any articles to help me out. Any sugestions for me??
