Exchange 2003 web access off hours

Personnel have been complaining that they can not access their email, via the web, after 7pm but are able to do so during normal business hours. Unfortunately I do not have much experience with MS Exchange and am not sure where to find the policy/setting that may be causing this. All help is appreciated.

Backup?

What kind of backup solution are you using?
Does it interfere with the running of the Information Store?

the daily backup should not be a problem since it occurs at 10pm and is finish by start of business the following morning.

Sit with the server at 7pm and see what it is doing?

check ADUC user log on hours

Open ADUC and check the user log on hours. Open user and select Accout, Logon Hours. Your users may be restricted from logging in after 7 pm. Would also effect them if in office after 7pm as well.
