I want to set up an email address that can be used for incoming mail for licensing and contract support that requires a mail contact.
I would like the mail to be accessible to multiple members of the IT department.
I was looking at Public FOlders but I have nto set one up and am not sure if that is the best solution.
Any suggestions?
