I created a Recipient Policy for mailbox management in Exchange 2k3 that is supposed to delete any email over 240 days old in all email folders. I have deleted items and all other folders specifically marked for this policy to apply to.
When the policy is run it deletes the > 240 day old emails out of all folders except for the Deleted Items folder.
I have to policy to permenately delete the email items.
Is this a bug?
