Exchange 5.5

I might have to re-partition my harddrives on my server and I need some tips on how to reconnect my exchange once I have it reloaded on the new partition. I plan on making a full backup + system state data. My exchange data is spread out on the C: and the D: because I didn’t have enough room on the C:. What problem might I run into doing a recover.
