Exchange 5.5 & Norton Antivirus CE

Our mail server is also running Norton Antivirus Corporate Edition for Windows NT4. By some change, before weekend, i forgot to stop autoscan at the mailserver because I have not yet fully configure the NACE. Now, Exchange is not working. All services related to exchange can’t start. I followed the work-around stated at MS Knowledge base Article Q326858 (Exchange Directory Service does not start), Q182514 (System attendant fails to start with error 1068), & Q272570 (How to recover from information store corruption) but still the services needed to run exchange won’t start.

Can anybody help me. Thank you very much.
