We have recently had our rules just stop working. However, there are a few rules that still work. Most of them just go directly to the Inbox instead of to the selected folders that they are supposed to go. If I go to Rules Wizard and do a “Run Now”, it will move all my emails to the correct folders. But they will not move automatically when they are delivered. This just started a week ago and not sure what caused it to happen. I have not been to successful finding help from Microsoft. Any help would be appreciated.
